GueCatetin provides a digital technology service that helps users track and organize their expense data through WhatsApp integration. Our service includes:

Automated expense tracking via WhatsApp messaging
Data categorization and organization
OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology for receipt processing
Digital dashboard access for data visualization
Spending reports for selected time periods

4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PRICING

Free Trial: 10 days access to all features Premium Plan: Rp 39,000 per month Business Plan: Rp 49,000 per month

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscription fees are billed monthly and automatically renewed unless cancelled.

5. MODIFICATION OF THE SITE AND THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

GueCatetin reserves the right to change, modify, alter, update or discontinue the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Site is offered and the links, content, information, prices and any other materials offered via this Site at any time and from time to time without notice or further obligation to you except as may be provided therein. We have the right to adjust prices from time to time. By your continued use of the Site following such modifications, alterations, or updates you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.

6. USER DATA AND PRIVACY

Data Collection: We collect the following data to provide our services:

WhatsApp phone numbers for service delivery
Transaction amounts and expense categories as provided by users
Usage data for service improvement

Data Storage: All user data is securely stored using Supabase cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security measures.

Data Usage: We use collected data solely to provide our expense tracking services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Data Retention: User data is retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our service, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when using our tracking services
Not misuse or attempt to manipulate our service
Not share your account access with unauthorized parties
Comply with applicable laws when using our service

8. AGE RESTRICTIONS

Our service is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 13 are not permitted to use this service.

9. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
Refunds may be provided in cases where service errors occur on our end
No refunds for partial month usage unless due to service malfunction
Free trial can be cancelled without charge during the trial period

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GueCatetin provides this service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

Accuracy of user-provided data
Loss of data due to technical issues beyond our control
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of GueCatetin (including but not limited to software, algorithms, user interfaces, and design) are owned by GueCatetin and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

13. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service access at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason deemed necessary for service integrity.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
